Blitzshipz Wallet Usage and Termination Policy

1. Wallet Usage

1.1 Eligibility

The Blitzshipz Wallet is available only to registered users of the platform.

1.2 Loading of Funds

• Users may add funds using the payment methods available on the platform.
• All wallet top-ups are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

1.3 Usage Restrictions

• Wallet funds shall be used only for availing shipping and related services on the Blitzshipz platform.
• Wallet balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash or bank transfer.

1.4 Nature of Wallet Balance

The wallet balance represents advance service credit and shall not be treated as a deposit, escrow, or refundable amount.

2. Adjustments, Credits and Disputes

2.1 Adjustment Rights

Blitzshipz reserves the right to adjust wallet balance against any outstanding dues, including but not limited to:

• Unpaid invoices
• Weight discrepancies
• RTO charges, penalties, or service fees
• Any other applicable charges

2.2 Service Credits / Refunds

• Any eligible refunds arising from service failures, cancellations, or approved claims shall be credited only to the wallet.
• No refunds shall be made to any bank account under any circumstances.

2.3 Dispute Timeline

• All disputes related to wallet transactions must be raised within 7 days from the date of transaction.
• Claims raised beyond this period shall not be entertained.

3. Wallet Inactivity, Suspension and Forfeiture

3.1 Inactivity Clause

If the Customer does not initiate any shipment or wallet transaction for a continuous period of 120 days, Blitzshipz reserves the right to:

• Suspend or restrict the account
• Disable wallet usage
• Permanently terminate the account

3.2 Forfeiture of Wallet Balance

Upon such suspension, termination, or policy violation:

• The wallet balance shall be fully forfeited.
• Blitzshipz shall not be liable to refund, transfer, or compensate such balance.

3.3 Policy Violations

Wallet balance may also be forfeited in cases of:

• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
• Shipment of prohibited or dangerous goods
• Misrepresentation, misuse, or violation of platform policies

4. Voluntary Closure

• Users may request closure of their account by writing to info@blitzshipz.com.
• Upon closure, the wallet shall be deactivated.
• Any balance remaining in the wallet shall not be refunded, transferred, or withdrawn under any circumstances.
• Users are advised to fully utilize wallet funds before requesting closure.

5. Involuntary Termination

Blitzshipz reserves the right to suspend or terminate wallet services without prior notice in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of agreement terms
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or suspicious activity
• Non-payment of dues
• Regulatory or compliance violations

In such cases:

• Wallet balance may be adjusted or forfeited.
• COD remittances may be held or adjusted against dues.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

• Blitzshipz operates as a technology-based logistics aggregator and not as a courier company.
• Wallet usage is dependent on third-party logistics partners.
• Blitzshipz shall not be liable for delays, losses, or service failures caused by logistics partners.
• The Company shall not be responsible for unauthorized access arising due to user negligence.
