Every courier partner in one dashboard

Ecommerce Shipment Tracking Across Courier Partners in One Dashboard

BlitzShipz's ecommerce shipment tracking puts every shipment you book through the platform into one dashboard, whichever courier partner is carrying it. Instead of checking several courier websites with different tracking numbers, you see each order's status in one place, from pickup through transit to delivery, including COD orders and returns. Your customers get a tracking page styled with your own brand. It's built for online sellers and businesses that ship with more than one courier partner and need to know where orders stand without chasing each courier separately.

How Ecommerce Shipment Tracking Works on BlitzShipz

Tracking starts when a shipment is booked, whether the order was created in the dashboard, uploaded in bulk, synced from your Shopify or WooCommerce store or sent through the open API. Each shipment is linked to its courier partner's tracking number, and as the courier partner records a status, such as picked up, in transit, out for delivery or delivered, those shipment status updates are reflected against the order on your dashboard. How often a status changes depends on when the courier partner scans the shipment along its route. Our guide to real time delivery tracking explains how scan-based updates work in more detail.

One Shipment Tracking Dashboard Across Courier Partners

Shipping with several courier partners usually means several portals, and that is where orders get missed. With BlitzShipz, shipments from every courier partner you use appear in one shipment tracking dashboard, with separate views for forward and reverse shipments. You can search several AWB numbers, order IDs or reference numbers at once, and filter by courier partner and service, status, shipment type, date, customer name or phone, or product. Each row shows the AWB, order ID, courier partner, drop details, amount, weight and status, and the list can be exported to Excel. Filters make it quick to spot shipments that have stalled, and team members can be added with their own roles and permissions. It's the tracking side of multi courier shipping, keeping orders split across partners in one view.

Tracking That Covers COD, NDRs and Returns

Tracking covers more than forward deliveries. Prepaid and COD orders appear in the same view, and for COD shipments you can also follow the remittance status once payment has been collected. If you switch on NDR Alerts in your communication settings, your team gets a WhatsApp notification whenever an order goes into NDR (non-delivery report) status, so it can be acted on before it heads back. The optional AI Call feature can also place automated voice calls to customers. Reverse shipments have their own tracking view, so returns can be followed back to your warehouse alongside return management.

A Branded Tracking Page for Your Customers

Your customers see a tracking page you design in your BlitzShipz settings, not a generic courier page. Choose a Modern, Minimal, Bold or Fresh template, set your brand colours, and add your logo, brand name, support phone and support email so customers know who to contact. Page blocks such as the header, status summary, map and timeline can be reordered, and optional promo banners and links let you point customers to other products while they wait. Customers can also look up a shipment by its tracking number, often called a consignment number, on the BlitzShipz track order page. If you switch on the WhatsApp service, customers can receive automated WhatsApp updates too, which can reduce 'where is my order?' messages during busy periods.
