Ground Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Ground Sales Executive to promote BlitzShipz logistics and courier services. The candidate will visit local businesses, e-commerce sellers, retailers, and wholesalers to generate leads, acquire new clients, and build strong business relationships. Candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork and communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

• Visit local markets, shops, warehouses, and business establishments to generate leads.

• Identify potential customers who require courier and logistics services.

• Explain BlitzShipz services, pricing, and business benefits to prospective clients.

• Acquire new customers and help them get started with our services.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Submit daily field visit reports and maintain customer records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Nice to Have

• Experience in field sales, courier services, logistics, or e-commerce.

• Existing contacts with local retailers, wholesalers, and online sellers.

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with smartphones.

• Willingness to travel locally and meet customers in person.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented approach and willingness to work in the field.

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
